A message is either formal or informal based on the person to whom you are writing. Most commonly it happens to write a message in the absence of the reader at the moment. It looks like a letter and similar to a diary in its layout and format. Sometimes it may address the people and gives the message on an important thing or issue in general. Sometimes it may address all the audience who are targeted like in a poster.

Your majesty,

I am general of your mighty army, the potter. When I received your orders to lead the army into the battle, I thought all over the night.

I thought that I have to face the enemy alone first as I am the brave potter, tied the furious tiger alone to the tree and I am your general. So, before the dawn I rode my horse towards the enemy’s camp and uprooted a huge plant.

The King of the enemy fled away watching me along with his army leaving a letter to you. As I was tired I will meet you tomorrow.

Thank you.

                                                                                                                                      -Potter
